I have contracts at BWV and BCV, both with the same use year. Does this allow me two transfers of points in a one-year period or am I limited to one in total per year as a member?

Are they separate member numbers or the same? Since they are the same UY, my guess is that they are one member number. If that is the case, you get one transfer in or out each year.
You can tell by the number. If the leading five numbers before the decimal are the same, it is one member number. If the leading numbers before the decimal point are different, they are different member numbers.

This is an area where the answer could change and I'll give you 2 thoughts at present. One is that as I read the current POS (at least the most current one I have which I believe has the latest wording in this area) they could interpret it as one per master membership or one per member. Thus far the interpretation has been one per master membership which means if your 2 are under one master contract you get one in or one out per UY.
As written they could interpret it as they currently do, as one per each person listed or as one for ANY contract you're listed on even if separate masters. The latter is likely the best technical interpretation.
