Transfers at TTC

If we're taking the monorail from EPCOT to the TTC and then transferring to the Resort Monorail, which is the first resort stop afte the transfer? Poly or GFC? I do believe that the Resort Monorail runs clockwise, I'm just not sure where the TTC fits in.
