Transfers and tours from DLP

Hey all,
Going to DLP in a few weeks for the first time in 20 years. I know a lot has changed. I had a few questions. I know where to get my transfers for the airport to the resort. The questions I have are :

What are the best transfer companies to use for leaving DLP to our hotel in Paris?

Is there a tour service provided by Disney for tours of the countryside?

Any helpful info would be greatly appreciated.
