We just got back from our 2nd cruise on the Wonder. We booked a 7 night Western while on board. I know I've seen posts about transferring these bookings to a TA, what are the benefits? How do I go about doing this?

TIA for your help!

Kelli

The benefits would be from any perks the TA's offer. Like AAA is offering a stateroom credit, and I know some of the others offer credits, give stateroom gifts, and/or notify you if the price goes down.

All you have to do is go to your TA with your info and they will take care of the rest.

We rebooked our 7 day Jan. 2005 cruise on our Jan. 2003 cruise . Actually we rebooked for the last cruise DCL (Dec. 2004)was offering at the time and switched to the date we wanted when our cruise time opened up.

In June 2004, AAA offered a great rebate so we switched our reservation. All I needed to do is send a letter to AAA, they handled it from there.

Some TA's like DreamsUnlimited and AllSeasons will offer you additional rebates on top of your already discounted price and stateroom credit. DCL is more then willing to allow the transfer, but be sure you like the deal because switching back can be very hard and switching to another reputable TA is near impossible...Mark
