Transferring ADR's?

Does anyone know how to transfer an ADR from one person to another? Can one just call and give the new information to a CM? I apologize if this has been asked before. All help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Unless something has changed recently, you can't do this. If you want someone else to have your reservation, you can either cancel and have them call at the same time and hope to snag it, or give them your reservation number and your name and they can use that when they check in.
