Another learning lesson about the new online booking system.
I transferred a few points to complete an online reservation a few days ago. I had to call member services to do that. Today I went online and the points were not in my account. I checked my other account that I transferred the points from and sure enough, the points were transferred out.
At 8 am I went online to book the room. I did not have the transferred points. At 9 am I called member services and the transferred points were indeed on their system.
Luckily I was able to book the room through member services. But just a heads up to everyone, if you need your transferred points to book a room, right now you will have to call member services when they open, and you will probably not be able to book online.
