Transfering pts question

If I was to transfer 100 points to a friend of mine (we own at AKV) would she be able to book AKV at 11 mos out or do they turn into her home resorts which is BWV?

Transferred points retain their home resort and UY. So your friend would be able to book at AKV at the 11 month mark, yes

Plus you cannot borrow transferred points. You can bank them, but not borrow them. Banked or borrowed points cannot be transferred.
