Transfering ADRs?

I have a resi that I decided I don't need. Is it possible to call and instead of cancelling to transfer it to someone else who has the same amount of people in the party? I would just let them use my resi under my name but it is a CC hold.

Havent done it with a cc hold but yes i have done it before twice, just tell them youd like to change the name and number on the ressie, phone number that is. stays the same conf. number and now its under a new name

For what restaurant, what date, and how many people is your resi?
