transfer question..

Hi I need some points to be transferred for a 1 night stay. I have been looking at the renting board and if i asked them to transfer those points after I buy them can they transfer it to my account or is transferring only allowed at certain times..sorry new to this

There is no particular time of the year that members must transfer points or that they are not allowed to transfer points.

If you plan to book more than 7 months in advance at a home reort, the transferred points must also be from your home resort.

I edited your post to remove specific details becasue only general questions are allowed. Specifc details can be construed as a rental request and all fo those must go on the Rent/Trade Board.

Also, you are only allowed one transfer per year. So, many times people try to avoid transferring points for only one nights stay. However, sometimes a person misses a banking deadline or has a few left over, so you could get lucky that way!

I am sorry I don't understand... I have *** but I want one more night added could I just rent points and when I check in they can link the 2 reservations together instead of a transfer??

Yes, another member could make the reservation for you and you can ask MS to link the two reservations. Or you might be able to get a cash night directly from MS for that extra night. There might even be a member discount (25% off rack rate) for that night if it is available (discounted nights are not always available).
