Transfer question

How does transfer work? Can a member transfer any amount of points to another member's account? Even if I only need 10 or 20 points?

theoretically, yes.

OTOH, there is only ONE transfer (either IN or OUT but not both) allowed per year, so finding someone to use up their only annual transfer for you may be difficult.
