Is there a way to transfer points to another member?

Yes, MS can take care of that for you. The member transfering the points out of his account will need to make the call. He will need both member account numbers.

In the past I have been asked to fax or email an authorization when transferring points out of my account as a confirmation.

You can transfer to another member and written authorization is needed. However, it is not a good idea to give out your member number to anyone. The transfer can take place without having the other member's number.

The member receiving the points should call member services and indicate they will be receiving the points from you. The process is very simple.
