I have two different contracts. Am I allowed to one transfer to each contract or one transfer total?

Only if they have different membership numbers

They are two different resorts, would that be different numbers? Should I go online to check?

I wonder if I should be listing the 25 points at SSR. Then list OKW separate.

Is it harder to transfer points or get a rental?

Different resorts does not necessarily mean different memberships and if one is 25 pts for SSR I'm guessing you did an add on at some point.

If they all have the same contract number and then .0, .1 etc. following then they are under the same membership.

Different UYs will make them separate contracts.

Yes, but not necessarily separate memberships.

OP, do you have 2 sets of membership cards with 2 different numbers? If so, then you can have 2 transfers.

Any time it is a different UY, it is a different membership. That is whAt determines it. One can have several contracts but if they are titled the same way and the same UY, they will be one membership and entitled to one transfer.

If your contracts are numbered XXXXX.000 and XXXXX.001, they are one membership and there is no transfer required to use them. If they are numbered XXXXX.000 and YYYYY.000, they are different memberships and would need to be transferred between them.

Hi Friends,
I just checked as I got curious about my membership numbers. They are the same number for both OKW and SSR with SSR having a .1 behind the main number.

So to rent them out, I can list all 330 points on one transfer?

Yes, as long as the member you are transferring them to can use both resorts.

Just make sure that the person you are transferring the points to is aware that they are from different resorts. Let's say you transfer 135 points from each OKW and SSR. The points will retain their home resort priority, so if the person is trying to book at OKW at 10 months out, they will be out of luck. They'd have to wait until 7 months out to use the 135 points from SSR.

I asked here about that and was told by several people that something like that couldn't be done - that it could only come from one contract. But that was a few years ago.

You need to also know that transfers for money are not allowed per the DVC rules.
