Transfer points question

Can you only transfer current use year points or can you transfer borrowed points too! I know only one in or out transfer per year.

You can only transfer points that are in their "origonal" use year, no borrowed or banked points, they do not have to be the currnet UY

Once they are transferred, they cannot be borrowed, but they can be banked. So if you get a transfer into a future UY with the plans to borrow them, can't be done.
