What is the best transfer paper to use and where is the best place to get it? Also where is the cheapest place to purchase shirts? Is it better to use plain white shirts or are colored shirts just as easy to make?

I have my family and my sister-in-laws family going, which equals 11 in all. I would like to make shirts for 2 days if I can get stuff cheap enough.

We are not going till Thanksgiving but I want to start buying and making shirts soon so I can spread out the cost and the time it will take me to get this together.

I have been looking through some of the design threads and there are some very talented people on here.

I agree with the "AmyMickey" for transfers! I just got some from her and did some welcome bags for my kids and they are lovely! Working on my t-shirts next ;) They are so easy to print on no flipping images...and the instructions were so easy!

I found this place online http://www.jiffyshirts.com/ and they really seem to have the best prices and fast shipping! However, if you keep your eyes out you can also find at places like Walmart, Michael's and Hobby Lobby when they run sales. I ordered onlline because I need them all in specific colors for each person to have matching shirts.

Have fun!

Black, white, green, purple....any color shirt will work wonderfully with Amy's transfers !
