I called Member Accounting and was told that Florida does not have a Transfer on Death Deed. Is there a DISer who can verify or refute that? We would rather not add owners to our deeds until neither of us is living but would like to avoid probate.

That is my understanding and here is a FAQ that addresses the question.
Transfer-on-death deeds for real estate
Florida does not allow real estate to be transferred with transfer-on-death deeds. There is a type of deed available in Florida known as an enhanced life estate deed, or “Lady Bird” deed, that functions like a transfer-on-death deed. This type of deed is not common. For more information, see Lady Bird Deeds or talk to a local lawyer.

One option might be to deed the DVC ownership to your revocable trust. I am assuming you have one to keep your other assets out of probate.
