Are we are lucky enough to live within 20 minutes from Luton Airport (and not under the flight path lol) we are looking at maybe flying this time (plus when we looked at Eurostar is was going to work out about £260!

Anyway, when people have flown in the past, how easy(and how expensive was it to transfer to the park? It is just the 2 of us so I'm thinking a taxi may work out über expensive!

there are only 2 of us, we usually fly from Luton to CDG, and typically the shared shuttle (taxi) price for us with rstransports is around 38 euros each way. The TGV train can be cheaper, and just as quick, depending on what time of day you need to travel. Check prices, times etc on Rail Europe or sncf (the French version of the site). The DLP train station is called Marne La Vallee Chessy.

So its not really that expensive - flights with Easyjet and then transfers from CDG to DLP and back are usually around £170 total for the both of us.

Cheers DLPDaft, a font of information as usual! Lol

With the shared shuttle, how long do you usually have to hang around for and how long before your flight leaves do they get you there? (have had to really poor experiences in Spain of shuttles!)

I've never waited longer than 10 minutes for our driver to pick us up on arrival at CDG (last time we were 20 minutes early getting through our arrival gate and 2 minutes after I called rstransports they were there to pick us up :)). I always take the TGV back from DLP to CDG, so don't know what time a shuttle would arrange to collect you before your flight departure time.

dlpdaft how long does it take the TDV to get to CDG and also how late does it leave DLP at night? x

its a 10-minute journey, and the train comes into terminal 2 at CDG. You'd then have a walk to whichever departure gate you're going to in terminal 2, or you'd take the internal free tram service within CDG to get to terminals 1 and 3.

rail europe gives you times/prices etc -

looks like the last TGV from DLP to CDG on a weekday evening is at around 10.20pm.

thanku thats brilliant! our flight going home is at 9:30 pm so what time do you think we would be best getting the TGV at...would like to leave it as late as possible!

you want to be back at CDG by 8pm at the latest I'd say (it can take a while to get through security there).
