I know you can transfer your points to another member once a year for free. If you do a second transfer how much will you be charged?

There is none because they do not allow a 2nd transfer, only one per UY in or out of your contracts.

If all your contracts are under one membership number it is 1 transfer either

of points in or points out of that membership per year.

If you own contracts that have separate membership numbers they

are treated as separate contracts(memberships) but 1 transfer per year

still applies to each contract :

ie contract A is AKV and contract B is BLT so you may transfer

points from A 'out' to contract B 'points in' & that uses up 1 transfer a year privilege

for both contract A and contract B or you may transfer points 'in' to contract A from

another DVC member & that uses up 1 transfer per year privilege for contract A and so on

The latest version of the Multi site POS says it's per contract/per member. I think they've generally enforced it as one per master contract. But as written and if you had a contract with only one owner, they could enforce the ban for multiple contracts of a single owner.
