Transfer DCL reservation to Costco and receive Costco store incentive card?

Wanted to book four staterooms (on a single cruise) through Costco, but Costco's website seemed to be "broken", and I coudn't get through on the phone (disconnected after an hour's hold, at other times ringing and never answered). So, I went ahead and booked those staterooms (needed specific rooms, adjoining and connecting but they seemed to be going fast) through the DCL site, and was immediately charged for, and paid via credit card, the required deposits to DCL. Can I now move those reservations over to Costco and receive the Costco "shop card" incentive? TIA for your answers.

yes, you can transfer to Costco. You will need to contact them and they will send you the form to complete for this. It needs to be done within 30 days. I would guess they’re trying to call within the next few days would be pretty impossible, but you have a little bit of time before your deadline.

They are slammed with rebooking all of the cancelled cruise + all of the people who are cancelling upcoming cruises. When you can get through, they will email a document to transfer the cruise to them which you fill out and they send to DCL. You have 30 days to get it done. While calling them at this time could take hours, I also wouldn't wait until the last few days to make sure that you meet your 30 day deadline. You will still get the Costco Cash Card a few weeks after you return home from your cruise.
