trans to WDW day before cruise?

I know I will get the help I need here.

I will be staying at the Hyatt the night before our 2/14/04 cruise.
We plan on going to Epcot after our flight lands and we've put our luggage away.

I originally thought I would be renting a car. It's myself & 3 kids, a compact would be fine. But being vacation week it would cost about $90 for 1 day. Plus parking. I need the car for less than 12 hrs.

Does anyone know what the taxi rate to Epcot from the airport is? How easy is it to get a taxi from Epcot at the end of the evening? I don't remember seeing any on past trips.

The towncar/limo option seems to be about the same price as a rental, yet I would't have to go through the paperwork and time of getting a car, or find a gas station afterwards. I know they offer this for the resorts, has anyone used them to get to the parks? How do you arrange for pickup after?

All this being said, if my flight gets delayed and we end up not having time for Epcot, would I be stuck paying for the limo anyway?

If there is going to be more than 3 of u in group u could take a towncar service for 90.00 round trip... rent a car for a lot less
or use Mears witch is $54 round trip per person..

would look into rental car option if i was u....

for the pick up would have to be specified time and place ..

like u could take boat over to the Boardwalk and have them pick u up there... im sure there is a pickup spot at epcot...
