Tran Air $129 roundtrip?

I had read on another thread that Tran Air was going to have $129 roundtrip thru disney today but when I called and got my package!!!BTW There wasn't anything....Has anyone else had good luck with it or another?

I just booked a package with the air special. 2 adults and 2 kids for lesss than $600!! NON stop flights out of Dulles.

Oh yeah, she said that the air special was for August 14- October 4th. So, pretty much covers the Free Dining promo!

Just got off with CM. From Denver, flights are over $250.00PP with connections Can do better with Ted nonstop. Oh well, I tried.

yeah!! I just booked mine but had to go to the next nearest airport 2 1/2 hour drive but with 1 connection 2 adults 10 and 12 year old= 692.80!!! Way less than any others I had looked at!!! Thanks Dis!!!

I don't think it is being discussed at all actually. Just call Disney and ask them. You can add it on to an existing ressie

This is slightly OT but maybe useful info for those of you calling tomorrow. According to the CM who I spoke with to make me ressies (yes with the Disney Visa...please don't hate me), AirTran will be offering a promo thru WDW CRO for round trip airfare from anywhere AirTran flies to Orlando for $129 per person. It's not impossible to get a flight that cheap or slightly cheaper from Chicago Area (I have 4 airports close enough to choose from), but when I said "which is cheaper Midway Airport or Milwaukee?" The CM said, it's from all AirTran destinations to Orlando! I'll admit my flights last August from O'Hare to Orlando were about $62 cheaper overall than this price but I'll be on the phone when you guys are trying to get this airfare. I know some areas of the country have much higher airfare to Orlando so I hope this info helps some people save some $. I've never had a "bad" CM but I've heard stories so even if they fail to mention this...you'll be able to ask if you want! Good luck everyone, like a PP said, the GP has no idea about this, even as a Disney Visa cardholder, the website says nothing and I got no email. If it weren't for the Dis, I'd have had no idea.

ok, on the phone with a CM right now...she states and I quote : "this special is for August 13th through Oct 4th - anywhere in the US to Orlando based on availability" obviously only from cities AirTran flies out of...

shame I'm leaving on Oct 28th.... but great news for lots of my fellow dis'ers!! ...ps/ yes, the fare is $129 roundtrip.....

yes it is true, my sister and her family of 4 are flyinf non-stop out of BWI (Baltimore) roundtrip for a total of $588.00 including tax!!!!

This amazing deal can only be booked thru CRO for anywhere that Air Tran flies out of to Orlando!!!

I hope many people can take advantage of this!!!!!

Yes, I think so and it's nonrefundable like airfares nowadays. The CM told me he could hold it for 24 hours which is the normal time I think most airline's websites hold them too.

I just got off the phone with WDW reservations and I added the flights from BWI to Orlando for my September trip. The total after taxes and fees was $441.30 for 3 of us. Now I don't have to wait and worry about SouthWest anymore!

We could have gotten the Airtran for our Girls Weekend as well, but the return time was way too early..so we will be waiting it out for Southwest. I hope we don't regret it.

We got it for our September trip flying out of Flint, MI. The flights were non stop and the times that we wanted. It was a little more expensive than some others have posted but at $157 pp (taxes included) I'm just glad to have it over with. I hate stressing about airfare! Hope others can take advantage of this offer!

Is this the price plus tax or including tax? I got rt tickets through United last December from Pittsburgh for $116 including tax. I'm just wondering if I should hold out or go with this Airtran deal. I'm not sure if they fly out of CLE or PIT though. I know we have a location in Akron, but they don't appear to go to Orlando last time I checked.

Yes, they fly out of Pittsburgh and even have a non stop flight each day. I would go for it if you can still get it.
