Trams/Bus/Shuttle/Metro?

does any one know if theres a bus or metro system that goes from LAX to West LA (pico blvd)?

I'm not at all familiar with LA public trnasportation, but I'm sure there's something.

I'm pretty sure there is not a direct route that will keep you from changing buses, but you can check here: http://www.mta.net/default.asp

Just fill in your particulars on the right (you can just put LAX in the from and it will know what you're talking about).
