How does this work with the EV chargers being right there?

Well for EV the bottom floor has not been an option & under construction for a couple months now. There are like 10 EV parking spots on a higher floor that are almost always already full but a CM will direct you to that floor & row if you ask & they think there is a chance one of the EV charging spots are free.
