does anyone know if there is a company you can call to get picked up from the train station to disney?

i have tried to look for the answer and am not finding the info.

thanks

There are a bunch of companies. Go to this link:

http://www.orlandoairports.net/goaa/ops/vfh.htm

Most of them have an Osceola permit so they could pick up passengers at the Kissimmee train station. Ask those companies if they have that permit. If they say yes than ask them for a quote for a Kissimmee train station to WDW ride.

When I used the train last december, I already made arrangements with Sunray to pick us up. it was great. He was there as soon as we got off the train.

thanks, i called sunray last nite, and he was very helpful. he said they will pick up from the train, he also recommended we get off at orlando train station rather than kissimmee, by the time we got to kissimmee, he said we would have already been to our wdw resort. so i am changing our train arrival to orlando.

he quoted a price of $90 round trip. and i am not positive, but i do think that comes with the 1/2 stop at the store, not sure if we will use it or not though.

Yes, I know he says that about orlando. After reading the boards I decided to go to kissemmee. Its a smaller station and it was very easy to unload there. i got my luggage right away. everyone in my car got off in orlando and only about 3 at kisseemee. it was also so easy to board there coming home.
we board before oralndo and were seated and organized. at orlando, i saw the lines of people getting on. It depends on whats better for you. I was traveling with children.
enjoy your trip

WE always detrain at Kissimmee, next stop after Orlando because of the mass of people trying to find their luggage, rental car or shuttle. Its like the entire train unloading single file with carry ons, long stop. Kissimmee is a smaller station, about 10 people get off, easier to get luggage and transportation and boarding for return trip is a snap, usually about 15 people boarding and its quick, we get on first before Orlando and watch the masses of people standing out in the heat waiting to board and filing on, long stop usually 30-45 minutes to get everyone on board. We settled and relaxed just watching out the window. As for tranportation out of Kissimmee, never used a car service, always been cabs waiting or once when train was real late, station master called a cab for us and arrived in a few minutes. Fare from Kissimmee station to Polynesian was 38.00 plus tip, same on return, no problems only about a 20 minute ride.
