Train from Brussels to Disney

There are some really inexpensive airline tickets non stop from Ankara to Brussels. I've been checking train tickets online and it seems there are a few trains every day non stop from Brussels Midi to Marne La Valle- takes about an hour and a half. Has anyone done this? Would you recommend this option? I am also assuming it is easy to catch a train from the Brussels airport to Brussels Midi - does anyone know if this is true? Thanks!:)

I've just had a look and the return train journey is pretty expensive- around £150 per person. It might be cheaper (and more straightforward) to fly to Paris.

Thanks for looking:) - wow those are different prices than I am getting on raileurope.com- :confused3 - if you take trains often I am happy for any insight! I am getting $33 or $39 each way so something like $75 return.:thumbsup2 That's a huge difference - is there usually such a contrast in prices? Is it a problem to book online? I am looking at 2nd week of September.

Flights Ankara to Paris are running $450-$500US - 1 stop- while the flight to Brussels is about $200 and direct. But I do wonder if it wouldn't be a terrible hassle going this way. May have to wait until cheap direct flights to Paris come out!

Anyway - thanks for answering!:goodvibes

I was on the UK site but it shouldn't be that much of a difference! I guess it depends on what date you're looking at- I was looking for the end of July. September is likely to be cheaper, I suppose.

If you can get cheap fares from Brussels to DLP, I'd go for it. I don't think it would be too much of a hassle. If there is no train from the airport to Brussels-Midi, I suspect there will be a shuttle bus. :)

Makes me think I should book as soon as possible. Looks like prices go up fast - yikes. So if I want to go September looks like I need to decide. May be I'll go November instead for the Christmas decorations!:santa:

This low cost airline is supposed to start flying direct to Paris - just waiting for that to actually happen. That would be the best option.:hippie:

May just have to wait and see if direct flights start soon.:wizard: But then there's a part of me that may want to go for it - via Brussels - LOL!
