Trails End Question

Just wondering if someone can tell me exactly what kind of veggies are on the buffet at Trails End. We have 2 vegetarians in our group and a have dinner ADR.

It's a buffett, green beans, corn, I seem to remember collards (I dislike'm).

Probably something else.
