I didn't post this in the reviews section because it's not a review, but Mods, feel free to move it if necessary. I've been reading dining reviews, but cannot seem to find any about Trail's End... does anyone have any good pictures or reviews from dining at this buffet (preferably dinner)? We'll be eating dinner there on May 13th and was just wanting to see some reviews & pics. Thanks so much! :goodvibes

I have heard that this is the best value in WDW. :)

However, we have never eaten there. If you don't get any responses over here, I would ask over on the camping board. The Fort Wilderness regulars over there will probably have lots of info for you. :thumbsup2

Thanks, I've heard that too, just wanted some reviews... actually I really wanted pics :goodvibes Thanks for your help though; if I don't get many responses, then I'll post it on the camping board- I never would have thought of that. Thank you! :thumbsup2

We ate there last December! The food was great and the service was good! If you enjoy a meat and potatoes type meal this place is for you! Oh and the fried chicken in da bomb too

We have eaten there three times over the last two years and always had great meals. It is a casual buffet with down home food. The fried chicken is excellent as is the chili and corn muffins. Oh oh, and my favorite - peel and eat shrimp!

They also serve the potent and delicious "Champaigne Mojito" - a bit costly but about the best adult drink at WDW - in my opinion.:worship:

We ate there last October and enjoyed it. They seemed a bit short of staff and it was a little slow butttttttt our waiter really hard to keep up with all his tables and we left him a big tip for trying so hard.

You can't beat the atmosphere around you and even when busy it always has a quiet feel to it which is appreciated after a long day of touring. Food was fresh and tasty and it is definately a good deal.

Ate there this past trip on our first night and really enjoyed it. It was quiet and the service was very good. The food, though simple and downhome style, was very good, The fried chicken was delicious and the apple dessert - like apple crumb something or other, was wonderful. The ice cream machine was not working at the time but would have made it even better. A very relaxing and nice meal.
