Traffic question: USIOA to MCO at pm rush?

This trip, we are finishing up with the last 2 days at Universal (HRH). We have never stayed in that area before, so we are completely ignorant about travel time from there to MCO. The further complication is that we will be doing that drive at rush hour on a Monday afternoon. Our flight leaves MCO at 8:30, so we will need to arrive at the terminal no later than 6:15 pm.

Can anyone recommend a route from Universal to the airport? Any guesses on drive time? All help is appreciated, TIA!
