Hello all,
Thank you all for your help for this newbie in prior posts. We've narrowed down what we want to do to a purchase of BCV resale for 75 to 100 points with AUG or OCT use year. We like to travel a good bit outside of WDW and will do future DCL cruises. Our travel to WDW in the next few years will be limited to two 3 or 4-day stays in early December every three to four years (sometimes a visit every year; sometimes a visit every two years). Our preference through DVC would be to alternate stays between BCV and BLT. My questions under this scenario are the following:
1) With holding points at BCV, should we anticipate being able to find a DVC member holding BLT points to trade with for 11 month reservations at BLT?
2) With this limited of a vacation pattern to WDW (and with II and DCL not being a good use of DVC points), would it just be better for us to not join DVC and rent out points (and could we get into BCV and BLT in early December through renting)?
Thank you all again for all your assistance!
