I had no idea about this at all when the jawa tried to trade something for my DD6! LOL! I was innocently taking pics when he gave some object to my DH and walked off with DD!LOL! DD just said "thanks" and confusedly watched him walk away while I ran after to retrieve my kid! LOL!!

anyone else have the CM at the entrance to launch bay give your kids shiny "crystals" to take to the jawas? That was how we discovered this... Problem was that my middle son loved the crystal and not so much his droid body and got upset.

These are such good ideas. We had virtually nothing to trade, so we tried to trade a travel umbrella. The Jawa didn't want to trade, but pantomimed to my DS that he would've traded for it if he (she? it? ) hadn't just traded another guest for a poncho. Next time, hopefully we will remember to bring something a little shinier and more interesting!
