I am so glad the Lt. Blue team won!!!!!

I was very surprised though that it was by 70% though. I was expecting a much smaller margin of victory

I watched, very exciting....but you'd better add a SPOILER ALERT to your title. I think it will air later for the West Coast.

All the rooms were great. I'm glad the homeowners had more say throughout the competition.

I was hoping for Vilma & Angel.... I like Angel, he is so easy going.

Why would I need a spoiler alert when I have written "winner announced"?????

;) Yes, you did include Winner Announced. I was hoping to avoid further riffs as we have seen too frequently on the CB. Sorry if I stepped on toes, I didn't mean to.

I was glad that the lt. blue team won. They are such a cute couple and their baby is adorable.
Vilma and Angel did a great job and should be proud of themselves. They got three terrific rooms out of this whole deal!

I was bummed Frank didn't come knocking at my door yesterday!

yes! i missed the show because i was wathing extreme home makeover.....glad to see they won! hope they replay it

I missed it too, so tell me, what was "the big twist"? Anything exciting, or just marketing hype?

The big twist was this -- Paige gave each team a card and a pen, and they had to write "half" or "all". If they chose "half", they got half their mortgage paid off regardless if they won or lost. If they wrote "all" it was all or nothing.

Both teams wrote "all".

In fact, Angel wrote "all" before Paige got finished explaining.

The margin did surprise me a little. Going in I figured it would be close, since both teams did great rooms. While watching I did notice they said that that Jon and Stacy got 69% in the semifinal round, so they had a pretty strong fan base.

We West Coast people are pretty smart - just keep names out of the title, that's all we ask! Actually, since it's cable it depends on your provider - I saw it at 5:00.

I only saw the last show with the kitchens so I was flabergasted when the blue team won. I thought that kitchen was hideous. I take it the other shows were better?

Both teams were given a card and 30 seconds to make a decision. They could write "ALL" and if they won, they would get ALL of their mortgage paid off...but if they lost...nada. They could also choose to write "HALF" and they would be guaranteed to get HALF paid off...regardless. BUT if they won...it would still be HALF. Both teams choose ALL...so the light blue team got their entire mortgage paid off. :)

Oh, they also had the family that won the sweepstakes -- young couple with a baby from Salt Lake City. Apparently they'll get a check for $350K, and it looks like that will more than pay for their mortgage.

They looked like a couple that could really use something like that. :)

That was awesome!

I wasn't terribly impressed with either kitchen. They looked
like regular old Trading Spaces kitchens not a $20000 kitchens

Except for the stainless steel appliances and the Corian countertops (wow, would I love to have those!).

I have seen better kitchens on the show (most of them are Gen's), but I thought they both did a nice job on them. I love the fish-shaped table the Lt. Blue team did and the two-tone cabinet doors - that's what made me vote for them. The Yellow team's just was OK - nice, but nothing amazing.

Blueeyes - I'm sure they'll show it at least three times this week. :)

Congratulations, Jon and Stacie!

I was so torn between both rooms on the final; both were just wonderful. Angel and Vilma did a wonderful job, also and I wish both could have won. I liked both couples so very much!!!!

I'm really glad the blue team won!! I was really surprised that it wasn't closer.
