Trading Spaces in WDW

So my girlfriend has on Trading Spaces, and 2 minutes in I have realized that I have a problem. And its called "I've watched the vacation planning videos to much-itis."
One of the 4 people is the guy from the 2001, 2002 vacation planning videos. Ya know, the narrator gets harased by the park hopper.
Anyone else notice this.
Now I'm off to therapy.

He definitely is one of the hosts from Who Wants To Be A Millionaire - Play It. It was actually my DD Sarah that figured out just why he looked so familiar.

I kept staring at him trying to figure out where I've seen him. He is the one from the planning video. Too funny!

I was disappointed in the show. After the gratuitous opening shot, they could have been doing houses in any place. I expected something a little different.

My daughter just called me to say she saw him on Trading Spaces. We don't have cable, so I missed it. We saw him host WWTBAM in January, and I thought he looked so familiar. Then I watched the planning video again, and there he was. On the way home from that trip, he sat right in front of my daughter, Kimmi (she was flying to Kansas City with Sarah. We were not with her). She was so excited, but never got the nerve to talk to him.

does anyone know when they shot all the opening stuff? b/c when we were there in early June 2003, they had cameras and all this stuff in MK and we were trying to figure out where they were going...they could have been doing all the opening shots but it's just a total guess.

I watched it and didn't recognize that guy. I 've never been to WWTBAM and I guess I haven't watched the planning videos enough. My 2 year old probably would have recognized him though! I thought it was a good episode. I too was hoping for a little more Disney in the episode.

Does this guy also do the Zippity-Doo-Dah Tip For Today? That is who we thought of first but maybe it is just because we have seen him on the videos so much.

Was there a cast member in the other house? I didn't hear them say who the cast members were, but I missed the very beginning of the show.

I immediately recognized the guy from the planning videos. A little shocked that he swore a couple times when he saw his room! LOL!

I didn't mind Hilde's room - just too much of the same fabric, it would have been better with another fabric mixed in.

My eyes almost fell out of my head when I saw the planning video guy! I too was a little shocked when he cussed about his room. I actually liked both rooms, even Hilde's, LOL!

I was a little disappointed to. They never mentioned anything about one of the home owners being a cast member, I thought with the Disney opening, they would of made a bigger deal out of it.
