So I had to pop over & join in on your PTR! Wow, my head is spinning just reading all of the changes to your trip, I know yours must be!!
I think you can't go wrong with either POFQ or Bonnet Creek. Of course, we'll be staying at BC from now on since we can use our points & stay for free, but DH and I absolutely loved POFQ also. We liked how small it was, so you weren't hiking to your room and the buses. But the space at BC is hard to beat! When we were there in 2009 with 3 sets of adults, we had PLENTY of space. The coffee drinkers could brew coffee in the morning, we could have a hearty breakfast before rolling out to the parks for the day, and we could all have our separate bedroom at night after we had some hot chocolate on our balcony. We never did get to try out the pool or lazy river because we were commando touring the whole time, but this year, we plan to spend quite a bit of time there with DS.
Hopefully you can nail something down soon and start planning!!

Since mine is hip-length I'm probably not the one to look to for advice on how much easier short hair is to care for!
I taught myself to sew when Boo was born because there are so few options for buying matching outfits with the size difference between the girls, and that is one of my favorite projects. It came out so not-homemade looking that you'd never know it was the very first time I got brave enough to do buttonholes!
It is kind of bittersweet, because the whole reason I started sewing was because Pocahontas wanted to match with her sister on trips and for special occasions, but it is freeing in a way too because I can do some frillier, more little-girlie styles for Boo in the fabrics/characters Pocahontas doesn't want to wear.
My brother is considering joining us but needed to know exactly when we were going before he can find out if he can get away. He won't really change anything about the trip though adding him to our ADRs might be a bit of a headache. If he joins us it'll be in a standard room at ASMu and we'll request adjacent/nearby. He's the kids' favorite uncle and he's had a very tough couple of years, so they'd love having him around and he could really use the break from reality for a few days.
