if i bought at okw or ss whats my chances of getting in at bc or wl 3rd and 4th weeks of feb

I don't know what your exact chances are but we got a studio at BCV about 6 months out and at that point was told I had my choice of the DVC resorts. The 4th week is a much better bet (after Presidents Day week). Buying at a certain resort gives you the 11 month advantage if you can plan that far ahead.
