Hello. I will be trading in to SSR end of April beginning of May through RCI in a 1/4. Are exchange guests no longer able to request congress park? or the Springs? since they are categorized as preferred.

When you call DVC to get your reservation # to enter in MDE, ask if it's standard or preferred. You can only request Congress Park or the Springs if it's preferred. We've exchanged into SSR about 5-6 times and always have gotten standard. We always choose Grandstand as it has the first bus stop and it's easy to walk to lobby/main pool.

I agree 100% with @Firepath above. We traded into SSR twice last year and were assigned Standard, both times. I also requested Grandstand and was given such, both times, on arrival.
