You could always try Trader Sam's and if you can't get in, they have the outdoor bar as well. When we were there, the inside was at capacity but the outdoor bar area was mostly empty.

It’s open Pretty much anytime there is a wait longer than 15 minutes to get into the bar.

We've been there around 3:30, before the inside was open, and the outdoor bar was open and serving. Not sure what time they actually open though.
