Trader Sam’s breakfast

Doing a last minute quick trip to DL.
Didn’t realize Trader Sam’s offers breakfast.
Do I need a reservation or can I do walk up?
If walk up is possible what time should we be there to get a table, I see they open at 8. Only second time here and it’s been several years so any info greatly appreciated

Trader Sam’s has gone to all walk up now. No reservations. Can walk up or use the walk up list on app when in range.

I had breakfast there in the 3rd week of Nov. We just walked up close to opening and got right in. We were a party of 2 and there were very few other parties while we were there. I didn't even know they had breakfast there so it was a pleasant surprise. I ordered a kid meal and it was great because I'm not a big eater but I got plenty of food (and also ordered a Bloody Mary ).

Edited to add: when I say "kid meal," I just mean it was smaller portions and therefore cheaper. It wasn't in a box or anything like that. I think I had eggs, bacon, fruit, and toast.

I wrote a review of it a couple months back. Overall, we had a great experience. Super fun ambience to kick off a resort only day. We are local so just popped over for the morning around 10am on a weekend and were able to sit inside at the bar.
