My local tru had the series 3 minifig box but no figures. I'm planning on stalking the few stores by me this week.

Me neither-I didn't even know that they were out yet. Can you tell the difference from the bar codes are all they all the same? Also, where are you finding these?

I bought a ton last week before I found the cheat code, I am missing 4 - fisherman, sumo, rapper, samurai

went back today to get more and they had none in store. There were 4 boxes Thursday. The original date to expect them out was January 2011. The gorilla is awesome, when you take off the mask, he has sweat pouring down his face.

nope snowboarder was hard to find as was the elf, I was just feeling around to find different things. crossbow was a dead give-away for the elf.

I am still looking for someplace else that is selling them.

Good to know they are out...now I can start to look for them. I had looked on Lego's website when I 1st saw this post and they had no mention of them!

I picked up four at TRU last night! I tried to guess the codes but I still think I got 2 aliens a sumo and the Cyborg.

I wont have them open before Christmas, but I would love to trade.

Does anyone have series 2 they would trade? we have a witch and 2 jungle explorers to trade.
My son really wants the Egyptian, the sparta warrior and the guy in the sombrero.

if you have an iphone you can download the free app for barcode scanner. Scan the bar code and wham! it tells you what figure you have in hand! I used it a ton for the Series 2!

the barcode scanner does not work for series 3. All of them read the same.

I went to TRU again today and they had put out another box so I bought a few more.

My son is going to have a very lego Christmas!

I wish I had known about these when series 1 came out. We have none of those.

I have also seen series 4 and they are pretty cool.

I bought a few for my boys at barns and knoble bookstore -- hope this helps people looking for them. Ours had them behind the cash registers

How much do these run pricewise? I'd love to find some as as a stocking stuffer.

Lego will sell them for $1.99 but they can go all the way up to $4.99 each. TRU started them at $2.99 and they are up to $3.99 already.

I swung by TRU today and they had 4 boxes partially full. Two of the boxes had a sign that said 'Spring mini theme assortment 50% Tue & Wed, $2.25'. I scanned them and they rung up at $3.99, but when I asked at customer service she sent a young man to verify the sign. He did, so they sold me 11 of them for $2.25 each. I had a $25 giftcard so my out of pocket was $1.48.

I couldn't find the dots for anything in the store, but when I got home I checked the cheat sheet and I think I only grabbed one duplicate. Those little dots are hard to see for my old eyes, so I'm pretty proud of myself. I might try to find the other 6 tomorrow, the boxes looked pretty picked over but I may get lucky.
