Tracking Dining Plan Usage

Hi - I have never done the dining plan and haven't been to WDW in 20+ years so I am basically clueless! How do you know what you've used, what you have left on your dining plan, etc...? We are going to do Tusker House, CRT, Akershus and BOG and I know some of those are double the normal usage. We are on the Deluxe dining plan if that makes a difference. Also, can you get a snack at any quick service restaurant? Thanks in advance.

Your receipt from each meal or snack will give you the remaining balance of credits. It's a good idea to always check this to make sure no errors are being made. Once, I was showing 2 credits less than I knew I had left and when I went to guest relations, it turns out I was double charged at one restaurant. They fixed it with no issue, but I wouldn't want to have been surprised with that on my last day.

I also have a really simple app that I can manually keep track of the credits I use. I also make notes every night before going to bed on what I did that day and I'll usually do a quick check on how many credits I used and how many I have left.

With the Deluxe plan, you have 3 TS credits per NIGHT of stay for each person and 2 snacks. Of the ones you listed, only CRT will take 2 TS credits. How many nights are you staying? It looks like you need to plan some more meals!

Snacks are available all over the park. Take a look at the Snack sticky at the top of this forum. Yes, it's a little out-of-date, but 99% of what is there is still a snack credit, and it will give you an idea of what you're looking for.

Also, I don't know what time of year that you are going, if you happen to be there during Food & Wine Festival, you are able to use your snack credits there in addition to the QS and Snack Carts.

I got a dining plan card from the creative disigns forum here on the dis - i take a single hole punch with us and use it after each meal or snack or qs (we do the DDP)
