Tracfone, do they have a new rate plan?

I was looking at phones and found this in the description of one phone:

Nokia 2126 Phone
Single Rate for every call: local, long distance, and roaming

Have they changed their pricing structure?? Can someone let me know what it is? I hate the roaming because my home area is TINY!

Depends on your phone. Some are the old 2 for 1 for roaming, but some are 1 for 1 all the time. It should say when you order it. I have a newer one with the 1 for 1. I've been everywhere and had 1 for 1. I love it!
