Hi wish buddies

Been a funny old week!
I was soo looking forward to having a lie in.
Neighbour comes over & asks if i can look after her son from 8am - 5.30pm on Tuesday whilst shes at work! I - mug that i am - says ok!
Got up at 7.30am she comes over saying shes ill, not going to work but still brings her DS over!!! Took him & my DD to gym for a swim, did 20 lengths!
Cos people know i get school hols off they want me to be a baby sitter! I NEED A BREAK TOO!
No more sitting!
Dsil call to ask if i can have her DD on Wednesday!! We compromise & shes coming at 12.30pm - 3pm, then her DH calls to ask if i can have her later than 3pm - i say no - going to gym!!!
Today (wednesday) DH wakes me up when he gets up for work at 6.30am so i give up trying to get to sleep & get up at 8am!!!
Food
Monday
b/fast - croissant
lunch - cheese & ham roll, bag of crisps (chips), small cake.
dinner - cheese, mushroom, spinach & ham omlette
Went to gym - just did cardio - 20 mins jog, 10 mins stepper, 10 mins x/trainer - NO ROWER!!
Tuesday
b/fast - 1 slice of toast with low sugar apricot jam
lunch - 2 crispbreads with cheese & onion filler, yogurt
dinner - cajun chk fatiga's (SP??)
20 lengths in pool at gym
THEN DH decides to treat me to a freash cream apple turnover, & me being the wimp with no will power ate it!!! Also had to cans of cider
Havnt mentioned WI for a while cos it never changes!! At least its not going up though! I bought some new scales that measure body fat, water & muscle, water & muscle ok but fat high, according to the scales i'm obease

I weigh about 76 kg or about 163 lb's.
