Wow where has the week gone!!!
I cant remember all my food from tuesday, but the good news is i resisted choc & cake all week

Did gym saturday, sunday, monday
Bums & tums - Tuesday
Was gonna go to gym Wednesday but life got in the way!!!
Thursday
Went to hospital for butt check up (remember when i was admitted with prolapsed hemoroid just before my wedding party??) they never even looked!!! Just asked if i had any pain I said no so they said thats it then you dont need to come back!!! 2 hours in the waiting room for that!! I could have told them that by phone!!!
Went out for dinner & to the theatre , i had chk curry, gave away the poppadoms & dip

did have 3 ciders & a glass of wine though
Friday
Went to gym
Resisted fish & chips & had a baked potato instead & a small choc, caramel cake (1st one of the week)
b/fast - apple, cinnamon breakfast cereal, earl grey
lunch - mexican chk salad, yogurt
dinner - baked potato with cheese, chk & bacon, small choc, caramel shortbread
I've also started taking kids up to the school allotment site during the afternoons at school, so got a bit of extra exercise in there too
No gym today, but hoping to walk, swim or something!!

Tracy - been reading up alot on universal hotels, made notes when to book ADR's & plane seats, read about the new seaworld waterpark that will be open when we go

Just gotta fit it in somewhere!!!

Kim - i'm really proud i resisted cake for a week - well 5 days

I think i will be able to carry on now i've cleared the 1st week hurdle, still i'm gonna allow it at weekends!
