Well i am sorry to say this is the part of the cruise we were most unhappy with. But that is partly due to the fact we had built it up so much in our minds so we were let down. We thought ok Disney has to do something really great for Halloween, I mean this is Disney , I know what a big deal they make at WDW and I know Halloween is not a "holiday" but I really expected a little more but it was ok. We got back early so the kids could dress and get ready for trick or treating. Which was slim pickings, no kids do not need tons of candy but one or two pieces per child is a joke I thought from disney being it was the cheap stuff too. But I know this is a soar subject for some so I will press on here are the pics from the trick or treating trail which was about 10 stops and everyone had the same costumes red graduation cap and gowns.
Here are some really cool pumpkins they had too
And here are my super stars My oldest was the hammer head shark from POTC 2
One part I really enjoyed was seeing some of the characters dressed up for the occassion.
This quickly came to an end and it was on to pirate night. That was a reason I guess they did not do much for Halloween. This the kids really looked forward too and this time we had to do what ever to keep Jimmy awake so he does not miss out again. And we did we grabbed a quick bite to eat at beach blanket
and returned to the room so the kids could put on some pirate gear and we we off to see some characters
Then we were off to see what turned out to be the kids most favorite show of all Toy Story. They loved it my youngest still talking about it today actually. It was awesome but we are big Toy Story fans so maybe we are a little biased
And now it is finally time PIRATE PARTY

We love the pirate party and guess what Jimmy was awake, for a while but he just couldn't last until the end.
to be continued........
