We have my son's graduation from 8th grade on Thursday. A big day. Off to high school next year!

That's exciting! My three older kids all enjoyed high school much more than middle school.

We had my DD's college graduation on Saturday and June 6th is my oldest son's high school graduation. Hard to believe. My DD moved back home until she gets a job and plans to move to Baltimore with her boyfriend (he'll be going to law school there). Ben will go to college in Baltimore at Towson U. I'm filling out my paperwork so I can hopefully go back to school in the fall. My husband still doesn't have a regular job (doing some consulting) and we will likely separate when he gets a job...can't afford to right now. Lots going on here!

Tig, talk about a lot of news in one small post! I have been to Baltimore a couple of times and it seemed like a really good town. What was your DD's major?

Social work. She had an interview today, which was a follow-up from a phone interview. She plans to work a year or two and then go back for her MSW. I'll also be going back for my Bachelors in Social Work and then hopefully continue on right away for the MSW. That's the plan at least.

I'm still here...amazing.

Sorry about your accident, Cruz. Are you going to be home in a few weeks? If so we need to schedule a mini-meet with wic. I'm going to be in Boston for a couple days.

When are you gonna be here? We have a couple of small weekend trips planned, but now that is kind of up in the air. My DH has knee surgery scheduled for Friday and I still don't know what we are going to do about that. I'm going to the Doctor tomorrow and will hopefully then I will know more.

We'll arrive sometime on Sunday, June 8th (hopefully earlyish) and leave for Provincetown sometime on Tuesday the 10th.

I have nothing on the 8th. On the 9th, I work but the evening is open. Now we just need wic to see if she's free.

Here I am......I had to take yesterday off from work, my dog got hit by a truck on Sunday, and we took her home from the animal emergency care hospital yesterday.

I told T&B to let me know exactly what day she thinks she'll be in Boston and we'll meet up!

I'm okay, but I took a nasty fall at Stop & Shop. I have a fractured ankle and my entire ankle and foot are bruised.

You fell at Stop and Shop, did you slip on water or something????

My dad fell down their bulkhead stairs when I was in highschool, he shattered every bone in his ankle and he now has 8 pins holding his ankle together! He was out of work for like 6 months!

OMG!!!!! Thank goodness mine is not that bad.
I was shopping when I came across a cart filled with lysol (the one you dilute with water). The sign said 50% off marked price, I thought that was a great deal, with my daycare I go through a ton of that stuff. As I went to pick one up to check the price, both of my legs went out from under me (almost like doing a split). Problem is, as I went down my under arm caught the side of the carrage and my right ankle smashed against the bottom bar. It seems one of the bottles had leaked all over the floor.
Aside from my foot, I got bruising all under my arm and even two spots on my chest. Don't ask me how that happened???? To top it off I have been getting these little shots of pain in one spot on my lower back. I have to go to my primary care physician Thursday to check that out.
To make things worse, two days later I called them to see where to forward my medical bills and the manager (who was not the same one as when I got hurt) said they had no record of it and refused to give me the information. I told them, "that was fine, I will let my lawyer handle it"!!!! So of course I had to go find a lawyer! LOL!!!! Now I have a lawyer and he is handling it, so there!

OMG Cruz that's awful. And for the store to say they had no record of it. I'm not sue-happy by any means, but I would certainly be hiring a lawyer, too.

Where is everyone? I take a small trip to Hawaii for acouple of weeks and Cruz Chickie slippin in the wine aisle of a store, breaks her foot and everyone scrambles for cover.
Things are fine here in Hell, 10 days of 110' weather and it looks like a cooling trend wednesday in only the high 100's, wow at least the wet weather isn't effect us like everyone else.
