Hey, what toys do your kids absolutely love?! Do tell! Include the age group it is for as well!!

DD3 got a toy for Xmas but because of the all rest just started playing with it. It's a Simon Says SIt and Spin. DD3 and DD5 LOVE this toy. All I hear is "simon says spin, simon says spin, simon says spin faster, spin the other way, oh, oh, simon didn't say!!" Definitely a hit!!!

Toys are a waste of money in my house. Hannah is 6, Emily is 5. They have all kinds of things I always wish I had as a child, and they play with paper and markers, card games, and Trouble. Our magazine rack was a constant source of amusement for them as babies.

Hannah loves dress up clothes and shoes, too. The rest of the stuff (dolls, Barbies, Polly Pockets, Leap Pads, movies, stuffed animals) would not be missed.

My 7 year old dd rarely plays with toys. She is more the crafty type, and loves to read. My 3 year old son loves his Geotrax train set, chevron cars and hot wheels- yep, 100% boy!

My girls 6 and 10 love Polly's, Barbie's, coloring, reading and dress-up. They're really girlie-girls!! :teeth:

My 6 year old daughter loves her Polly Pockets, that and coloring are her two big things. She also likes her electronics..Barbie Laptop, Leapster and Gameboy.

My 4 year old son would be on the computer and playing the Gameboy 24/7 if I let him. Which i don't..in fact he got his Gameboy taken away for the entire month of March because he was throwing tantrums when I'd tell him he had to turn it off.
So far so good now, he learned his lesson!

But he likes to play with his cars(HotWheels) and Legos as well as his big firetrucks. He plays with his doctor set a couple of times a week as well. Oh and he just got into Star Wars so his light sabers and Darth Vader costume are played with often. I think the boy has one of his 4 lightsabers with him at all times. LOL

The kids both love Disney Scene It, Candyland and Guess Who as well as card games like Uno and War.

And they'd rather be outside playing in the backyard or riding their bikes more than anything!

Thomas the Tank Engine anything -- ds is 2.5 years old.

Running joke -- one of his favorite engine's is named Emily -- and his version of the alphabet goes something like: ...H I J K Emily P... :lmao:

My DS will be 4 in May and his favorites things to play right now would be playing games on the Nickjr.com site on the PC, anything Power Rangers and toy animals that he can "rescue". He also plays with his Leapster, art supplies and Star Wars toys (especially his lightsaber) quite a bit.

My DD is 14 months and she loves to play with everyone's shoes, stuffed animals/dolls, and cars/trucks. In fact she plays with DS trucks more than he does. :)

DD7 plays with her American Girl dolls - Kirsten, Felicity, Elizabeth and Josefina all the time. Every once in a blue moon she plays Barbies, dress-up and sings into her karaoke machine.

DD12 is really too old for "toys" but plays Zoo Tycoon, SIMS and Sea World Tycoon on the computer. She has a Nintendo DS and plays that sometimes. She much prefers the computer, her musical instruments (violin, mandolin, piano and guitar) and books to any toys.

My 6 year old loves Leapster, Playstation2, Pollys and board games.

DS8 has played with his:

BIONICLES & PLASTIC TINKERTOYS

almost everyday since he was about 4. Money well spent!!

My almost 4 DS loves, loves, loves his "pyrates" by Mega Bloks. He enjoys playing with DS11's old Jurassic Park toys, dinosaurs, and Star Wars collection.

DD9 loves her "littlest pet shop" animals. She is also into arts and crafts.
