Hi there,

Found a awesome deal at toys r us.com Pretend School Kit! So I put them in my cart 4 @ $2.98. That was all I was ordering the total was $11.94. I put in the info and get my shipping quote $30.00 I almost fell on the floor. It didn't qualify for any specials on shipping. So I called thinking I would see if I could get it reduced. I didn't want to haggle or argue just simply checking. 2 were for donations and the other 2 were for gifts. All I said was the problem and she said let me check came back and they waved the shipping all together. I again almost fell on the floor. They were super nice! I just thought I would share my smile for the day and also let people know they could be willing to work with you if you call and have problems.

Toysrus is being SUPER nice if you call them! I had an issue with a Lalalopsy doll going out of my cart while I was checking out... sold out while I was checking out.. so I went back in and ordered the only other one they had which was a twin set.. But ALSO double the price... well NOT TWO hours later the single ones were back in stock. So I called to cancel the twin order and the guy said well if you still want the twin set you can have it for the single price! So I said YES PLEASE!!
Now if you go into the store ... thats another story! LOL
