I tried and tried but I couldn't get 20% off and free shipping. Oh well, it was still a good deal, thanks!

Keep calling and get different people until they do it. I called twice and the second person did it. I basically told them I placed an order 2 wks ago and now have this code could they please apply it to that order.
Funny thing is, they didn't even ask me for the code they just did it and told me what the adjusted total was.

If you can't get the code to work, try adding over $125 to your cart. I read on another board that you have to have enough $ in your cart to get the free shipping and the discount.

I sent them an e-mail and eventhough they said my order didn't qualify they applied it "to demonstrante how much they appreciate my business, blah blah blah". So definitely give it a try. My order hadn't shipped yet, they might not if your did.

I already got part of my order and I got the free shipping .
I start the conversation off as do I have to cancell the order or will you just apply it
