Does anyone do Toys-For-Tots.My mom,sister,and I have been doing it
for as far as I can remember. We usually send things across seas to soldiers also. And this year my dads work adopted a church to where the workers pick names and you get childrens address,name,and age. Then you go out and buy them a present. So does you family every do anything like this?

Well I'm on a committee for an adopt-a-family.
We just get them things for christmas.
Although what they want is really expensive.
(Washer/dryer, Fridge, Couch.)
Stuff like that. But I think we got the dryer, and the couch.
And I think I have a boom box that the son wants. =)

I love doing these things.
Our local tv station is doing the toy drive thing.

My school is doing Toys For Teens. It's with the United Way. Almost all the little kid schools do the little kids one, so when parents go in to choose presents for their kids, they have a hard time finding teen stuff so my school is donating CD's and other stuff like that.

Christmas Daddies is the big charity event around here. I didn't donate but they made almost a million dollar for their charity =)

I'm donating food to the empty school bus thing, and my parents are donating a turkey to a local turkey drive =)

My mom always donates a bunch of toys to Toys for Tots.

My school is doing it.
Like Key Club and DECA.
We get extra credit if we bring in toys for tots for my DECA class.

We do something really similar at my school and this year it's a giant project....with 'adopting' a family and like making the holiday for them, you know, presents, a tree, food and all that stuff. It should be awesome
