Toy Tower at DD for GOH Badges?

I know you can purchase the GIH Badges at the Toy Tower in DD for $5.00. Can you also purchase the autograph books there? Approx how much are the autograph books run and does a regular ball point pen work with them. I did buy a "chunkier" pen.

Also where in Epcot can I pick up the passport?

I can answer one question - many of the characters have a problem with the 'regular' ballpoint pens because of being in costume they cannot grip them.
