I have a few questions...

Does TSPP still not have a Kids Menu? DD5 & DS4 love Pizza and Salad but DH and I do not like the Disney pizza. On DDP, can I just order the kids meal @ TSPP. Will they be charged as a Kids or Adults? Don't want to find out later that we're short of Adult credit. In past, we only eaten at places w/ Kids Menu.

What in the Garden Salad? They don't like the fancy salads. They like just lettuce, tomato, carrots & croutons. Dressing is not a big deal. They usually eat it plain.

Also, how big is the Plain Pizza & Graden Salad. Should I have them split one? I also have DD2 who will not be on the plan (not that she eats much). Is two meals too much food?

Since DH and I don't like Disney Pizza, we figure we would eat @ Backlot Express. Can we buy the burger there and bring to TSPP? Or vice versa. I know my kids would want to stay @ TSPP. Is this acceptable to do?

Don't want waste time eating at two places. So I thought I can send DH to BLE to buy burger came back to TSPP and eat w/ our kids. Do I have to have the kids w/ me when ordering for the kids @ TSPP to prove the order is for the kids.

Is it wrong to bring food from one CS to another CS. Do we have find a park bench to eat our meal?

I noticed that Catalina Eddie's has the same menu as TSPP. Am I better off going there since the table are outdoors and for several places. It's just, I know my kids would like TSPP. Trying to avoid trouble ahead of time.

Thanks for your help.

There is no kids menu, and you won't be penalized for ordering a salad/pizza combo meal.

You're a woman of good taste not liking the pizza, we can't stand it either.

The salad is very plain. Pretty much as you described. The dressing is at the condiments bar, so pick out whatever the kids want.

From what I recall there is outdoor seating at Pizza Planet. Split up the kids - one adult take some kids to Backlot Express and order adult meals. One adult take some kids to Pizza Planet to order your pizza combo meals and meet at the tables outside. No problem getting food to go at Backlot Express. DH and I did this in April and ate in the bleachers of Lights Motor Action.

Big enough to share? Sure, get one or two meals for the three kids and let them split them up. You can look at the pizzas before you order to determine if one is enough for your crew. All kids are different and I can't say for sure how much yours will eat.

Does either place have bags or wrap your food so you may take it to go? It's a good idea to go to the bleachers @ Lights Motor Show. Just wondering if it too much to carry. Thanks.

I didn't ask for a bag, it was just DH and I so we carried our own.

I don't know...I've been to Lights Motors Action and I am not sure I would want to sit so close to little kids eating a full lunch. If it's crowded, there won't be anywhere to put stuff down.

You bring up a very good point and I should clarify what we did.

We went to Backlot Express right at 11:00 when they opened (we had 11:15 FP's for LMA)

We got our food, went to LMA and sat on the very top row in the center.

Nobody was around us, most were crowding down around the bottom at that time. We had plenty of room to set our lunches next to us and had plenty of time to finish before it filled up at all.

We loved being in the top for the room to eat our lunch, and it's a pretty quick escape after the show, you're right in line to walk across the top and take the stairs down.

If you eat lunch there I would highly recommend trying that. It was very much no muss no fuss.

My older boys love the pizza and salad here. They don't eat the crust though. They didn't share because we were on the DDP. They love the salad because it is so plain. I just wanted to answer your question about bringing food from one CS to another CS. My younger boys don't eat pizza so we bought their kids' meals to go at ABC Commissary. They put lids on the meals. We brought them into Pizza Planet and ate upstairs. There are a lot of tables upstairs and it was too hot to eat outside. We had no problems doing this and a CM told us that it was okay and people do it all the time.

My family of five (DW, DS10, DD8, DS6) shared three pizzas and salad. We were on the DDP so we received a dessert too. I agree it's not the best pizza but it is filling. The pizza is really heavy/dense and none of my three can eat it all.

Every kid of seen in there seems to love it...after all it is pizza!
