Can you enter/leave the parking lot from Katella?

And walk to the bus stop via the Restroom area?

We were able to last October. There is only a sidewalk on the east side of the entrance (right side of the screenshot). There is a sign on the west side of the entrance that says no pedestrians which can make it appear to be closed, but it was only referring to that side of the entry not having a sidewalk/path unless people are seeing something different than that?
